then she came to me and asked for the jigsaw...
this morning it was in... - guess I don´t wanna know how,...
my diploma was about pluggable furniture - that`s why!

that's what we name to have the eyes bigger than... the flat!
we have this saying as well,....but there is also - was nicht passt, wird passend gemacht - what doesn´t fit is forced to fit
maybe one saying is the reason for the other...
